Baked Chicken Broccoli and Rice


Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of broccoli soup

1 1/2 cups water

3/4 c uncooked rice

pepper and paprika (to taste)

parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

In 8 cup (2 L) oblong baking dish, combine soup, water, and rice. Arrange chicken on rice mixture and sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake at 375 without cover for 50-60 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired. Makes 4 servings.
