Banana Bread

Combine:

1/3 cup oil

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1 to 2 beated eggs

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. vanilla

2 to 3 bananas, mashed


Combine separately and Add:

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. cloves

1/4 tsp. nutmeg


Pour into a loaf pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 375 for 45 - 60 minutes.


Makes 1 loaf.
