Brown Bag Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup corn syrup

1/2 tsp. baking soda

4 qt. popped corn

1 brown grocery bag


Directions:

Spray grocery grade paper bag with vegetable oil spray. Put popped corn in bag. Microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup for 2 minutes on HIGH. Add baking soda; stir until foamy and pour over popped corn in bag. Shake or stir well. Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH; repeat. Remove from bag.
