Quick Butterscotch Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
5 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter and salt in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add milk and cook slowly for 3 minutes. Cool and add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Beat well.
