Caribbean Fruit Salad

1 pkg. lime Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

Pineapple juice and water to make 1 cup

Dissolve Jell-O into boiling water. Add pineapple juice and water. Chill until slightly thickened.

Fold in following:

3/4 cup sliced bananas

2/3 cup (9 oz) drained canned crushed pineapple

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup flake coconut

Pour into individual mold, and chill until firm. Un-mold on lettuce leaf.
