Corn Muffin Casserole

Mary Lou ("Grandma") Konrad



Definitely a family favorite! Family gatherings, potlucks, and holiday dinners are never quite complete in the Konrad household if they don’t include Grandma’s amazing corn muffin casserole!


Ingredients:

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup milk

1 stick butter, softened

1 can cream style corn           

1 can whole kernel corn (drained)

1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done in center.
