Country Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients:

4 pork loin chips (1/2 inch thick)

1 sm. onion

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

4 med. red potatoes, cubed

1 cup thinly sliced carrots

1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms

1 pkg. onion soup mix

1/2 cup water


Directions:

In large skillet, cook pork and onion in oil until meat is browned; place at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Combine soup mix and water; pour over vegetables. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.


Makes 4 servings.
