Creamy Peach Pie

Drain 1 can (16 oz) sliced peaches, reserving syrup. Set aside 6 slices for garnish.
Dice remaining peaches. Add water to syrup to make 2 cups; combine with 1 pkg. (4
servings) Jell-
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into bowl; chill well. Blend in 2 cups cool whip. Fold in diced peaches. Spoon into cooled baked 9 inch pie shell. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with peach slices and cool whip.
