Crispy Corn
Ingredients:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup diced onions
2 slices bread, cubed
1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
1 cup Rice Krispies
2 Tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Rice Krispies and butter. Pour into a buttered casserole.
Pour melted butter over the cereal, then sprinkle over the top of the corn. Bake
1 hour at 350.
