Don't Peek Stew

Ingredients:

2 lbs. round steak (or chuck roast cut in 1 inch cubes)      

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cans water

1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

4 large potatoes (peeled, cut in bite size pieces)

4 large carrots (peeled, cut in bite size pieces)

1/3 tsp. pepper


Directions:

Preheat oven to 325. Place all ingredients in a large Dutch oven with a tight fitting lid. Cover and bake 3 hours. Do not open cover while baking.
