Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. cooked pork sausage or cubed ham

9 slices bread, crust removed, cubed

9 eggs

3 cups milk

1 tsp. salt

1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese


Directions:

Place bread cubes in greased 9x13 baking dish. Beat eggs; add other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Cover with plastic wrap. The following day remove wrap and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
