Fluffy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

2 cups powdered sugar

1 large egg

1/4 cup shortening

1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 sq. chocolate, melted

pinch of salt

Directions:

Beat egg, adding 1 cup powdered sugar. Add shortening and vanilla. Beat well. Add remaining sugar, salt and chocolate.
