French Toast

An easy, yet tasty breakfast treat that everyone is sure to enjoy!


Ingredients:

2 eggs

2/3 cup milk

2 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

6 slices of bread


Directions:

In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Preheat a large stovetop skillet with a little oil to prevent the french toast from sticking.

One at a time, dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture, thoroughly soaking the bread. Fry in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
