Fresh Fruit Syrup

Peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries all make great fruit syrup, but you can pretty much use any kind of fruit you have on hand to make a delicious topping for breakfast pastries!

Ingredients:

3-1/2 cups pureed fruit

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup light corn syrup

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for about 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim off foam, and allow sauce to cool. Makes about 2 pints.
