Garlic Glazed Tilapia

Ingredients:

1 package frozen tilapia fillets

1 Tbsp butter, softened

1 Tbsp olive oil

5 cloves garlic

Dill

Salt

Maggi


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9×13" pan with tin foil. Spray lightly with canola oil spray, then sprinkle with a little salt.


Set frozen tilapia fillets on the greased and salted tin foil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8-10 minutes, until mostly thawed.


While baking, peel and crush garlic cloves and mix with olive oil and softened butter to make a garlic butter paste.


Remove tilapia fillets from oven and spread a thin layer of the garlic butter on each one. Sprinkle a little dill on each fillet and return the pan to the oven. Continue baking another 15-20 minutes, until done. Sprinkle with a little maggi sauce and serve.


Tastes great with a little lemon or tarter sauce.
