Goulash

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 chopped onion

1 can tomatoes or tomato sauce

2 cups water

1 can sweet corn, drained (optional)

1 green pepper, chopped (optional)

salt and pepper

garlic salt

1 cup uncooked macaroni


Directions:

Brown the meat; add onion, seasonings, uncooked macaroni, tomato sauce, and water; simmer for about 15 minutes before adding the green pepper and corn, then simmer another 15 minutes or until macaroni is done.
