Pork Chops and Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients:
salt and pepper
3 to 4 pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
Directions:
Salt and pepper the pork chops; brown on both sides in oil. Remove chops. Leave small
amount of grease in pan. Add soup and water; mix well. Return chops to pan; turn
heat very low. Let simmer for about 1 hour or until tender.
