Crepes

Who knew that just four simple ingredients could make such a delectable breakfast treat! Endless possibilities for filling the crepes. A guarantee win for every member of the family!


Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 cups flour

2 cups milk

2 Tbsp. oil


Directions:

In a medium bowl beat eggs and milk together until smooth. Add flour and oil; whisk well to get rid of all the flour chunks.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Grease pan lightly with oil or butter. Pour 1/4 a cup batter into the hot skillet and immediately tilt the pan so that batter spreads out into a very thin layer.

Cook until edges start to dry and center is set. Turn crepe over to brown the other side.

To eat the crepes, fill with desired fillings, then roll it up and enjoy!
