Peach Crisp
Ingredients:
6 cups drained, sliced peaches
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 cup sugar
Ingredients for Topping:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup nutmeats, chopped
Directions:
Place peaches in 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and cloves over peaches. In separate bowl, combine all topping ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches and bake at 315 for about 30 minutes or until toasty brown.
