Pillsbury Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
6 cups slice, peeled apples
1 tsp. cinnamon, if desired
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Place apples in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon, water and lemon juice. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix with pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples. Bake at 375 for 25 to 35 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping golden brown. Serve warm with cream, ice cream or whipped cream. Makes 12 servings.
Variations:
Blueberry Crisp: Substitute blueberries for the apples.
Peach Crisp: Substitute sliced, peeled peaches for the apples.
