Mom’s Potato Soup
Sauté gently in kettle:
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. grated carrot
1 tbsp. onion, diced
2 grated potatoes
Stir in:
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups hot milk
Cook 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Makes about 6 servings.
