Rhubarb Bread
Stir together in this order:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup oil
2 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
1 1/2 cup diced fresh Rhubarb
1 cup sour milk (Add 2 Tbsp. vinegar if using fresh milk).
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and sprinkle over batter mixture of: 1/2 cup sugar
and 1 Tbsp. melted butter. Bake at 325 for I hour.
