Rhubarb Cobbler
4 cups cut rhubarb
1 cup sugar
Place rhubarb in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Cover with sugar, place in the oven at 350.
Combine and blend the following:
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 cups coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Stir in coconut and nuts last and top the rhubarb with the crumb mixture. Bake 20
to 25 minutes.
