Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups oatmeal

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup melted butter

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

5 cups rhubarb

1 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. corn starch

1 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla

dash of salt


Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients. Take 1/2 and press in pan. Put 5 cups rhubarb on crust. Cook remaining 4

ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Add rest of the crumbs over the top. Bake at 325 for 1 hour in 13x9 inch pan. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped topping. Makes 15 servings.
