(From Mom's "Green Recipe Folder")


Ingredients:

2/3 cup melted butter

1/3 cup milk & 1 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

1 1/4 cups oatmeal

1/4 cup sugar

1 Tbsp. baking powder

1 Tbsp. cream of tartar

1 cup raisins (or blueberries, or fruit of choice)


Directions:

Mix together and form into ball. Press out to 2" height on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
