Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients:

10-12 pieces chicken

Butter or margarine

Salt, pepper, and paprika

2 (10 oz) cans mushroom soup

1 1/2 oz pkg onion soup mix

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp dill weed

1 cup sour cream


Directions:

Melt 1/4 cup (or less) butter in a frying pan. Add chicken pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until chicken is browned nicely and remove meat to a casserole or roaster. Combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix, lemon juice, dill weed and sour cream. Pour over the chicken in the casserole or roaster. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
