Stir-Fry Vegetables
Ingredients:
4-6 cups vegetables
2-3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Directions:
Cut up vegetables. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add to the oil vegetables that take
the longest to cook. Then add the others or cook each vegetable separately, then
combine. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently until tender-crisp. Then stir in soy
sauce, salt and pepper.
