Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb. hamburger

1 diced onion  

salt and pepper to taste

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 pkg. frozen peas or 1 can sweet corn

1 pkg. (1-lb) Tater Tots

Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)


Directions:

Sauté Hamburger with onions, seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread meat in casserole dish along with choice of vegetable. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and spread over the meat and vegetables. Arrange tater tots on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, if desired.

Bake at 350 for 45 min. Serves six people.
