Broccoli & Cauliflower Veggie Bake

From frozen veggies to roasted veggies in minutes!


Ingredients:

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot frozen vegetables combo (do not thaw)

Olive oil spray

Seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic)


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil.

Spread frozen veggies on cookie sheet. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.

Bake 15-25 minutes, depending on your oven and desired consistency (soft, moist, crunchy edges, etc.) Spray with additional olive oil half way through baking or immediately after baking, to add additional moisture to veggies.
