Smiling Pancakes

A fun variation to any simple Pancake Recipe. All you have to do to create these fun smiley face pancakes is to take some pancake batter and first add the shapes of the eyes and mouth in the skillet. Allow these three shapes to cook a minute before adding the rest of the batter (over these shapes) to form the rest of the pancake. Continue to cook the pancakes as usual. That little extra cooking time for the eyes and mouth are enough to create the fun smiley face image on the pancakes – which kids will love!
